宣肃止咳汤辅助治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘风邪犯肺证的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Adjuvant Therapy of Xuansu Zhike Decoction for CVA of the Pattern of Wind-evil Invading Lung

目的:观察在常规西医治疗基础上加用宣肃止咳汤治疗风邪犯肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表将60例符合纳入标准的风邪犯肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组在使用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂基础上加用宣肃止咳汤,对照组单纯使用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂,比较两组患者中医证候疗效、咳嗽症状总积分、咳嗽视觉模拟评分、生活质量及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组患者总有效率为90.0%(27/30),对照组为70.0%(21/30),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者咳嗽症状总积分、咳嗽视觉模拟评分均明显降低,且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者在生活质量方面均有所改善,且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在规律吸入布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂基础上,联合宣肃止咳汤治疗风邪犯肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效肯定,能更有效的改善患者症状,值得推广应用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Xuansu Zhike Decoction in treatment of cough variant asthma（CVA） of the pattern of wind-evil invading Lung on the basis of routine western medication. Methods： A total of 60 CVA patients with the pattern of wind-evil invading Lung were randomly divided into the observation group（ n =30） and the control group（ n =30）. The control group was treated with Budesonide/Formoterol Turbuhaler; on which basis, the observation group was also treated with Xuansu Zhike Decoction. Curative effect of TCM symptoms, total cough symptom score, the mean value of cough visual analogue scale, quality of life, and adverse reactions were evaluated in the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 90%（27/30）, which was significantly higher than 70%（21/30） of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The total cough symptom score and the mean value of cough visual analogue scale were significantly decreased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups, in which the reduction in the observation group was more significant（ P 〈0.05）. After the treatment, the life quality was improved in the two groups, of which the observation group was superior to the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Xuansu Zhike decoction combined with Budesonide/Formoterol Turbuhaler has better effect for CVA patients of the pattern of wind-evil invading Lung.
