辽东楤木叶红外光谱指纹图谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对辽东楤木叶药材50%乙醇提取物进行红外光谱分析,建立红外光谱指纹图谱,并分析不同地区不同采收期辽东楤木叶的差别。方法:采用傅里叶红外光谱法对辽东楤木叶提取物干燥品进行红外光谱测试,生成红外指纹图谱共有模式,进行二阶导数分析,并采用SPSS19.0软件对不同批次红外光谱进行相似度分析和聚类分析。结果:建立了东北地区辽东楤木叶指纹图谱,得到18个共有特征峰。确定5、6月份辽东楤木叶成分少、且某些成分含量低,7~9月份的辽东楤木叶相似度大。结论:简单、快捷的辽东楤木叶红外指纹图谱可辅助用于辽东楤木叶质量评价。从红外光谱指纹图谱来看,7、8、9月采收的辽东楤木叶符合药用标准。 Objective: To analyse the infrared spectrum of the 50% ethanol extract of Aralia elata leaves, to establish the infrared spectrum(IR) fingerprint of Aralia elata leaves, and to discuss the difference of Aralia elata leaves planted in different regions and havested at different time. Methods: Dry extracts of Aralia elata leaves were tested by IR to form the common mode for the second order derivative analysis. And hierarchical clustering analysis was performed by SPSS based on the peak wave number of 20 samples. Results: The infrared spectrum fingerprint about Aralia elata leaves from different harvest time and different regions was established. There were 18 common peaks in the infrared spectrum fingerprint. The samples in July, August and September were similar. The chemical components of the sample in May and June were less than the other months; the contents of the sample in these two months were low. Conclusion: The method of IR fingerprint is simple and fast when used for the identification and quality evaluation of medicinal materials of Aralia elata leaves. The IR fingerprint shows that the Aralia elata leaves collected in July, August and September conform to the quality standard.
