多发性骨髓瘤的中医药治疗新进展

New Progress of TCM Treatment for Multiple Myeloma

多发性骨髓瘤(MM)是血液系统的恶性疾病。近年针对MM的中医药治疗取得了一定的进展,主要对现代医家对MM病因病机的观点、辨证论治的经验、中西医结合治疗的疗效、单味中药及复方的现代药理研究进行综述。众多医家认为"肾虚""毒瘀"是MM病因病机,以"肾虚""毒瘀"辨证论治可取得确切的疗效,并应进行多中心的循证医学研究,探索中医药治疗MM的作用机制。

Multiple myeloma（MM） is a malignant disease of the blood system. Some progress has been made in TCM treating MM in recent years. This study reviewed the modern doctors＇ viewpoints on the etiology and pathogenesis of MM, the experiences of syndrome differentiation and treatment, the curative effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine, and the modern pharmacological research on single TCM medicinal and compound formula in recent years. It concluded that ＂Kidney-deficiency＂ and ＂toxin-stasis＂ were the etiology and pathogenesis held by many doctors, on which basis, the curative compound formulae were supposed to carry out multicenter evidence-based medicine research, exploring the mechanism of TCM treating MM, thus to provide accurate basis for clinical application.
