危机管理模式结合传统外伤急救护理模式的应用研究

Study on the application of crisis management mode combined with traditional emergency nursing mode for trauma

目的:探讨危机管理模式结合传统护理模式对外伤急诊急救的临床应用效果。方法:选取2016年7月—2017年7月收治的外伤急诊急救患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组接受现代化外伤护理模式;观察组在对照组基础上应用危机管理,对比两组患者急诊急救效率、患者并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果:两组确诊时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);观察组急诊至手术时间、急诊至病房时间、住院时间及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:实施危机管理联合无缝隙一体化创伤急诊急救护理模式,可以有效提高单一性无缝隙一体化创伤护理效率。

Objective ：To explore the clinical effect of crisis management mode combined with traditional nursing mode in emergency treatment of trauma. Methods：From July 2016 to July 2017,80 emergency patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,40 cases in each. All patients in the control group received modern trauma nursing mode. The observation group patients in the control group on the basis of reference crisis management, compared the two groups of patients with emergency first aid efficiency, the incidence of complications and patient satisfaction. Results ： There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in diagnosis time （ P 〉 0.05 ） , but the observation group was significantly lower than the control group in emergency to operation time, emergency to ward time, hospitalization time and eomplications （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The implementation of crisis management combined with seamless integration of emergency care model can effectively improve the efficiency of single seamless integration of trauma care, and has an important promotional significance.
