PRK治疗高度、超高度近视眼远期疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 评价 PRK治疗高度、超高度近视眼的远期疗效。方法 应用日本 NIDEKEC- 5 0 0 0型准分子激光仪治疗高度、超高度近视眼 176例 (2 79只眼 ) ,按术前等值球镜度分为二组 , 组 :- 6 .2 5~ 10 .0 0 D者 189只眼 ; 组 :- 10 .2 5~ - 2 4 .0 0 D者 90只眼。术后随访 5年。结果 术后 5年时 ,屈光度在预定矫正度± 1.0 0 D以内者 , 组为 82 .5 4 % , 组为 2 7.78% ,屈光度在预定矫正度± 2 .0 0 D以内者 , 组为 98.94 % , 组为 4 6 .6 7% ;裸眼视力≥ 0 .5和≥ 1.0者 , 组为 78.8%和 4 7.1% , 组为 35 .6 %和 3.3% ,最佳矫正视力大于或等于术前最佳矫正视力者 , 组为 95 .2 4 % , 组为 92 .2 2 % ;有 3级以上角膜混浊者 , 组为 1.0 6 % , 组为 6 .6 7%。结论  PRK是治疗高度、超高度近视眼安全有效的方法 ,高度近视眼的稳定性和预测性优于超高度近视眼 ,角膜上皮下雾状混浊仍然是 PRK治疗高度近视。 Objective To evaluate the long-term results of high and superhigh myopia corrected by excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy(PRK).Methods 279 eyes of 176 patients with high myopia were treated by using the NIDEK EC-5000 excimer laser.The preoperative mean spherical equivalent refraction was divided into two groups:the first group -6.25~-10.00D,189 eyes;the second group -10.25~-24.00D,90 eyes.The follow-up period was five years.Results At five year,respectively 82.54% and 27.78% in the above two groups were within ±1.00D,98.94% and 46.67% were within ±2.00D;the uncorrected visual acuity was≥0.5 in 78.8% and 35.6% of the patients,and 47.1% and 3.3% had vision of ≥1.0.Percentages of the eyes improved or their best corrected visual acuity did not change,were separate 95.24% and 92.22%;Corneal haze of third class and more were 1.06% adn 6.67%.Conclusion PRK is an effective and safe methods for correcting high and superhigh myopia.It also had good predictability and stability in high myopia than in superhigh.But the main problem is corneal haze.
