摘要
目的研究分析多层螺旋CT扫描与低场磁共振MRCP技术在诊断胆道梗阻性疾病中的效果。方法随机选取2017年1月—2018年4月期间在该院确诊治疗的胆道梗阻性疾病患者68例作为分析对象,将所有患者资料进行回顾分析,所有患者分别采用多层螺旋CT扫描、低场磁共振MRCP技术和两种检查方式联合应用进行检查诊断,将3种诊断方法的临床诊断效果与最终手术结果核实,对比分析3种检查方式的疾病检出符合率及临床诊断准确率。结果与手术结果对比,CT扫描联合MRCP技术检查方式检出的疾病比较符合,其准确率为97.1%,显著优于单独的CT扫描疾病检出准确率的85.3%、MRCP技术疾病检出准确率的82.4%,数据结果对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.849 5、7.962 5,P<0.05)。结论针对胆道梗阻性疾病患者采用CT扫描联合MRCP技术检查方式进行检查诊断,可准确查出患者胆道梗阻性疾病的类型,减少临床漏诊及误诊现象发生,提高临床诊断准确率,该联合检查方式值得临床推广应用。
Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of multi-slice spiral CT and low-field MRRC in the diagnosis of biliary obstructive diseases. Methods A total of 68 patients with biliary obstructive disease diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were randomly selected. All patients were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT scan and low field. Magnetic resonance MRCP technology and two methods of examination were used for examination and diagnosis. The clinical diagnosis results of the three diagnostic methods were verified with the final operation results. The disease detection coincidence rate and clinical diagnosis accuracy of the three examination methods were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the surgical results, the CT scan combined with the MRCP technique detected the disease, and the accuracy was 97.1%, which was significantly better than the 85.3% accuracy of the CT scan. The accuracy of MRCP detection of 82.4%, the difference in data results was statistically significant (X^2=5.849 5, 7.962 5, P〈0.05). Conclusion For patients with biliary obstructive disease, CT scan combined with MRCP technique for examination and diagnosis can accurately detect the type of biliary obstructive disease, reduce the incidence of clinical missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, and improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis. The joint examination method is worthy of clinical practice, promotion and application.
