摘要
目的探讨胆总管结石患者采用体内微电极碎石仪联合双镜治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2013年8月—2017年8月收治的108例胆总管结石患者按照不同的治疗方法随机划分为治疗组(54例,采用体内微电极碎石仪联合双镜治疗)和对照组(54例,采用常规开放手术治疗),对比分析两组患者手术时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间以及术后并发症发生情况。结果治疗组手术时间(95.9±37.0)min、胃肠功能恢复时间(2.01±0.51)d及住院时间(6.92±2.11)d均明显短于对照组(t=6.73、4.21、5.83,P<0.05)。治疗组患者出现胰腺炎、切口感染、胆漏等并发症发生率(5.56%)显著低于对照组(12.96%)(χ~2=5.39,P<0.05)。结论胆总管结石患者采用体内微电极碎石仪联合双镜治疗的效果良好,可有效减少并发率、缩短患者住院时间,是一种值得在临床上广泛推广应用的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of in vivo microelectrode lithotripsy combined with double-mirror therapy in patients with common bile duct stones. Methods 108 patients with common bile duct stones admitted to the hospital from August 2013 to August 2017 were convenient divided into treatment group (54 cases, in vivo microelectrode lithotripsy combined with double mirror treatment) and control group (54 cases were treated with conventional open surgery) according to different treatment methods, and the operation time, recovery time of gastrointestinal function, hospitalization time and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time (95.9±37.0) rain, gastrointestinal function recovery time (2.01±0.51) d and hospitalization time (6.92±2.11)d were significantly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group (t=6.73, 4.21, 5.83, P〈0.05). The incidence of complications such as pancreatitis, wound infection, and bile leakage in the treatment group (5.56%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (12.96%) (X^2=5.39, P〈0.05). Conclusion The use of in vivo microelectrode lithotripsy combined with double-mirror therapy in patients with common bile duct stones is effective, which can effectively reduce the rate of concomitant and shorten the length of hospital stay. It is a therapeutic method that is widely used in clinical practice.
