无剖宫产指征孕妇选择剖宫产原因的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Reasons for Choosing Cesarean Section in Pregnant Women without Cesarean Section

目的研究分析无剖宫产指征孕妇选择剖宫产的原因,加以正确的引导干预,降低剖宫产率。方法回顾性分析2016年3月—2017年9月在该院分娩的124例无剖宫产指征孕妇的临床资料,对比分析非剖宫产分娩的无剖宫产指征孕妇以及剖宫产分娩的无剖宫产指征孕妇临床资料,分析无剖宫产指征孕妇选择剖宫产的原因。结果剖宫产分娩孕妇的年龄20～30岁36例,<20岁12例,>30岁14例,已婚年限<5年32例,5～10年23例,7例,>10年,孕产妇因素17例,医护人员因素20例,家庭因素17例,既往流产史19例无,1～2次23例,2次以上20例,与非剖宫产分娩孕妇例数比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.593、6.893、22.592、19.298、31.989、15.347,P<0.05)。结论无剖宫产指征孕妇选择剖宫产分娩和孕妇年龄以及既往流产史等诸多因素有关。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the causes of cesarean section in pregnant women with no cesarean section indications, and to guide the intervention to reduce the cesarean section rate. Methods The clinical data of 124 pregnant women without cesarean section who were delivered in the hospital from March 2016 to September 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Comparative analysis of non-cesarean delivery without cesarean section indications for pregnant women and cesarean section clinical data of pregnant women with no cesarean section indication for childbirth, and the reasons for choosing cesarean section for pregnant women without cesarean section indication was implemented. Results 36 cases of gestational age of pregnant women aged 20-30 years, 12 cases of 〈20 years old, 14 cases of 〉30 years old, 32 cases of married years 〈5 years, 23 cases of 5-10 years, 7 cases, 〉10 years, 17 cases of maternal factors, 20 cases of medical staff, 17 cases of family factors, 19 cases of previous abortion history, 23 cases of 1-2 times, 20 cases of more than 2 times, and the difference of the number of pregnant women with non-cesarean delivery, statistically significant （X^2=12.593, 6.893, 22.592, 19.298, 31.989, 15.347, P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are many factors related to the choice of cesarean section delivery and the age of pregnant women and the history of previous abortion.
