摘要
目的探究不同口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生效应中的应用价值。方法方便选取牙种植引导骨再生患者100例,时间选取为2015年1月—2017年5月,其均接受Bio-Oss小牛骨粉以及Xive螺纹跟状种植体进行牙种植,以计算机随机化法分组,其中实验组以海奥口腔修复膜引导骨再生,对照组以钛膜引导骨再生,对比2组牙种植引导骨再生患者修复结果的差异。结果实验组牙种植引导骨再生患者治疗后的植骨厚度(2.40±0.25)mm、骨厚度(2.63±0.21)mm均明显大于对照组(植骨厚度相比,t=8.171 9,P=0.000 1;骨厚度相比,t=9.509 4,P=0.000 1);实验组修复手术成功率(96.00%)明显高于对照组(χ~2=5.005 1,P=0.025),其并发症的几率(4.00%)明显较对照组低(χ~2=7.161 8,P=0.007)。结论在牙种植引导骨再生患者治疗中,给予其海奥口腔修复膜引导骨再生,可取得较好的效果。
Objective To explore the application value of different oral prosthetic membrane materials in guiding bone regeneration in dental implants. Methods One hundred patients with dental implant-guided bone regeneration were convenient selected. The time was from January 2015 to May 2017. All of them were subjected to Bio-Oss calf bone powder and Xive thread-like implants for dental implants. The experimental group guided the bone regeneration with the Haiao oral repair membrane, and the control group guided the bone regeneration with the titanium membrane, and compared the difference of the repair results of the two groups of dental implants. Results The thickness of bone graft (2.40±0.25)mm and bone thickness (2.63±0.21) mm after treatment in patients with bone regeneration in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (Compared with bone thickness, t=8.171 9,P=0.000 1; compared with bone thickness, t=9.509 4, P=0.000 1); the success rate of the experimental group repair surgery (96.00%) was significantly higher than the control group (X^2=5.005 1, P=0.025), the probability of complications (4.00%) was significantly lower than the control group (X^2= 7.161 8, P=0.007). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with dental implant-guided bone regeneration, it is possible to achieve better results by guiding the bone regeneration with the Haiao oral repair membrane.
