无痛消化内镜患者临床常见并发症原因分析及策略

Cause Analysis and Strategy of Common Clinical Complications in Patients with Painless Digestive Endoscopy

目的分析无痛消化内镜患者临床较为常见并发症原因。方法方便选取2017年11月—2018年5月在该院进行无痛消化内镜检查患者1 000例作为观察对象,对1 000例患者出现并发症原因进行分析,针对所发生的原因制定相应的措施。结果研究的1 000例患者当中,出现并发症症状的患者有160例,并发症发生率为16.0%。并发症发生原因中,操作人员操作不熟练为比例最高,60例(37.5%);禁食与禁水时间短为最低,20例(12.5%)。结论针对无痛消化内镜检查并发症发生原因采取针对性措施,对患者进行相应健康教育与心理开导,做好相应操作前准备措施,根据标准操作规程实施操作以及合理掌握麻醉药物使用方式,能够有效降低并发症发生率。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical complications of patients with painless digestive endoscopy. Methods From November 2017 to May 2018, 1 000 patients with painless digestive endoscopy were enrolled in the hospital. The causes of complications in 1 000 patients were analyzed, and corresponding measures were taken for the causes. Results Of the 1 000 patients studied, 160 patients had complications and the complication rate was 16.0%. Among the causes of complications, the operator had the highest proportion of unskilled operation, 60 cases （37.5%）; the shortest fasting and water-free time was the lowest, 20 cases （12.5%）. Conclusion The targeted measures should be taken for the causes of complications of painless digestive endoscopy. The corresponding health education and psychological guidance should be carried out for the patients, and the pre-operation preparation measures should be taken. The operation according to the standard operating procedures and the rational use of the narcotic drugs can be used, which can effectively reduce the inci- dence of complications.
