外科微创手术与介入微创手术治疗良性前列腺增生围手术期患者主观舒适度的比较

Comparison of Subjective Comfort between Perioperative Patients with Surgical Minimally Invasive Surgery and Interventional Minimally Invasive Surgery for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的两种手术围手术期患者主观舒适度的比较。方法采用相关描述性研究随机抽取2016年1月—2018年1月该院确诊为良性前列腺增生、内科保守治疗无效、难以接受和不愿外科手术治疗的16例患者作为观察组,行放射介入法选择性前列腺动脉栓塞治疗。随机选择在该院行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术确诊前列腺增生的病例25例作为对照组。术后两组患者围手术期前后0-10数字疼痛强度量表(Numerical rating scale NRS)、睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)[3]、患者自理能力及生活能力评估表(Barthel评分表)、前列腺体积大小。结果观察组术后24 h BI水平是(48.26±1.33)分、术后48～72 h BI水平是(89.74±1.79)分,高于对照组的(42.07±1.25)分、(47.35±1.48)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动脉栓塞术治疗良性前列腺增生近期疗效好,安全性高,患者主观舒适度高。

Objective To compare the subjective eomfort of patients with perioperative surgery. Methods A total of 16 patients diagnosed as benign prostatic hyperplasia, ineffective conservative medical treatment, unacceptable and unwilling to undergo surgical treatment in a top three hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled randomly in this study as the observation group for selective prostate artery embolization. 25 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia diagnosed by transurethral resection of the prostate were randomly selected as the control group. Postoperative perioperative period of 0-10 digital pain scale （NRS）, sleep status self-rating scale （SRSS） [3], patient self-care ability and life ability assessment table （Barthel score sheet）, size of the prostate. Results In the observation group, the BI level was （48.26±1.33） points at 24 h after operation, and the BI level was （89.74±1.79） points at 48-72 h after operation, which was higher than that of the control group （42.07±1.25） points, （47.35±1.48） points,the difference was statistically signficant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Arterial embolization for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia has a good short-term effect, high safety and high subjective comfort.
