系统化护理干预对急诊静脉输液不良反应及护理满意度的影响

Effect of Systematic Nursing Intervention on Adverse Reactions of Intravenous Infusion and Satisfaction of Nursing

目的探究系统化护理对急诊静脉输液患者不良反应发生情况以及护理满意度的影响。方法该院急诊科自2017年7月起对静脉输液患者实施系统化护理,该研究方便选择2017年1—6月急诊39例静脉输液患者作为对照组(接受常规急诊护理),另方便选择2017年7—12月急诊39例静脉输液患者作为研究组,比较两组首次穿刺成功率、不良反应率、护理满意度情况。结果研究组首次穿刺成功率为97.44%,显著高于对照组的82.05%(χ~2=5.014,P=0.025);其不良反应率仅为5.13%,明显低于对照组的20.51%(χ~2=4.129,P=0.042)。研究组护理满意度达97.44%,也显著高于对照组76.92%(χ~2=6.155,P=0.013)。结论应用系统化护理干预,可有效提高急诊静脉输液患者的首次穿刺成功率及护理满意度,并降低了不良反应发生率,具有重要临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of systematic nursing on the occurrence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction in patients with emergency intravenous infusion. Methods From July 2017, the emergency department of the hospital implemented systematic nursing for patients with intravenous infusion. In this study, 39 patients with intravenous infusion from January to June 2017 were convenient selected as the control group （accepted for routine emergency care）. From July to December 2017, 39 patients with intravenous infusion were convenient selected as the study group. The first puncture success rate, adverse reaction rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of the first puncture in the study group was 97.44%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 82.05%（X^2=5.014, P=0.025）. The adverse reaction rate was only 5.13%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group 20.51% （X^2=4.129, P = 0.042）. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.44%, which was also significantly higher than the control group of 76.92% （X^2=6.155, P=0.013）. Conclusion The application of systematic nursing intervention can effectively improve the first puncture success rate and nursing satisfaction of patients with emergency intravenous infusion, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which has important clinical application value.
