综合性心理护理干预对抑郁症患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Psychological Nursing Intervention on Treatment Compliance and Quality of Life in Patients with Depression

目的对综合性心理护理干预对抑郁症患者治疗的依从性和生活质量的影响进行探讨研究和综合分析。方法该研究方便选取2016年1月—2018年1月该院就诊治疗的120例抑郁症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字方法分为观察组和对照组,两组各为60例患者。观察组采取综合性心理护理干预,对照组采用常规护理。对比分析两组治疗效果、治疗依从性和生活质量。结果观察组临床总有效率81.67%显著高于对照组60.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.82,P<0.01);观察组依从率86.67%高于对照组68.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.78,P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于抑郁症患者通过采用综合性心理护理干预的治疗方法,其具有显著的临床疗效,患者的抑郁情绪有明显的好转改善,患者的治疗依从性和生活质量有明显提高,有显著的临床应用价值。

Objective This paper tries to investigate and comprehensively analyze the effects of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with depression. Methods A total of 120 patients with depression who were treated in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were convenient selected and enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method. The two groups were each 60 patients. The observation group took comprehensive psychological nursing intervention, and the control group used routine nursing. The therapeutic effects, treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 81.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （60.00%）. The difference was statistically significant （X^2=6.82,P〈0.01）. The compliance rate of the observation group was 86.67% higher than that of the control group （68.33%）. The difference was statistically significant（X^2=5.78, P〈0.05,）. The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with depression through the use of comprehensive psychological nursing interventions, it has significant clinical efficacy, patients＂ depression has improved significantly, patients＂ treatment compliance and quality of life have improved significantly, with significant clinical value.
