摘要
目的观察优质护理干预联合高压氧对一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者的疗效。方法方便选取该院2014年1月—2017年12月280例一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者按照是否给予优质护理干预联合高压氧治疗将所有患者均分为实验组(140例)与对照组(140例),对照组患者单纯给予高压氧治疗,实验组患者给予优质护理干预联合高压氧治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组患者临床治愈率以及护理干预后简明健康状况量表(SF-36)(75.62±10.36)分、日常生活活动能力(BADL)(78.62±10.36)分、得分均明显优于对照组(62.51±7.62)分、(62.35±7.12)分,实验组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(2.9%vs10.0%),各项数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.O5)。结论对于一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者给予优质护理干预联合高压氧治疗可有效提高临床治愈率,改善患者生活质量以及日常生活活动能力,安全性高。
Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing intervention combined with hyperbaric oxygen on patients with delayed encephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods From January 2014 to December 2017, 280 patients with delayed encephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning were convenient selected and divided into experimental group (140 cases) and control group (140 cases) according to whether high quality nursing intervention and hyperbaric oxygen therapy were given. The patients in the control group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen alone. The patients in the experimental group were given high-quality nursing intervention combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The clinical cure rate of the experimental group and the concise health status scale (SF-36) (75.62±10.36) points and daily living activity ability (BADL) (78.62±10.36) points in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group (62.51±7.62) points, (62.35±7.12) points, the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (2.9% vs 10.0%), and the data were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing intervention combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with delayed encephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning can effectively improve the clinical cure rate, improve patients" quality of life and daily living activities with high safety.
