分段挂线疗法联合中药熏洗治疗高位肛周脓肿临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Segmental Suture Therapy Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing for Treatment of High Perianal Abscess

目的研究探讨分段挂线疗法联合中药熏洗治疗高位肛周脓肿临床效果。方法方便选择2017年3月—2018年4月该院高位肛周脓肿患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用中药熏洗治疗,观察组采取分段挂线疗法联合中药熏洗进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果、创面愈合时间、复发情况。结果观察组采取分段挂线疗法联合中药熏洗进行治疗的有效率为92.5%,对照组的有效率为80.0%,观察组创面愈合时间(14.58±3.61)d、复发情况占比2.5%少于对照组创面愈合时间(17.7±4.25)d,复发情况占比10.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于高位肛周脓肿的患者,采取分段挂线疗法联合中药熏洗进行治疗,可以增强患者治疗的疗效,减少复发情况的发生,促进创面愈合,值得在今后的治疗中应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of segmental suture therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on high perianal abscess. Methods Eighty patients with high perianal abscess in the hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 were convenient randomly divided into two groups and discussed in 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing. The observation group was treated with segmental hanging line therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. The therapeutic effect, wound healing time and recurrence of the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.5% with segmental thread-drawing therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. The effective rate of the control group was 80.0%. The wound healing time of the observation group was （14.58±3.61） d, and the recurrence was less than 2.5%. The healing time of the wound in the control group was （17.7±4.25） d, and the recurrence rate was 10.0%. Compared with the two groups,the different was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with high perianal abscess, the treatment of segmental hanging line therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can enhance the therapeutic effect of patients, reduce the occurrence of recurrence and promote wound healing. It is worthy of application in future treatment.
