摘要
目的探讨新生儿颅内出血的多排螺旋CT(MSCT)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析了2014年1月—2017年7月收治的90例新生儿颅内出血患儿的临床及MSCT资料。所有患儿均于发病1 d内接受16排或64排螺旋CT检查,重点观察出血部位并进行分级。结果 MSCT诊断出血情况:蛛网膜下腔出血(n=45),硬膜下出血(n=13),室管膜下-脑室内出血(n=9),脑实质出血(n=6),混合型出血(n=17)。结论新生儿颅内出血患儿多有部分高危因素,MSCT可明确诊断新生儿颅内出血症,可进行分型及预后评价,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in neonatal intracranial hemorrhage. Methods The clinical and MSCT data of 90 children with intracranial hemorrhage admitted from January 2014 to July 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent 16-row or 64-slice spiral CT examination within 1 day of on-set, focusing on bleeding sites and grading. Results MSCT diagnosed bleeding: subarachnoid hemorrhage (n=45), subdural hemorrhage (n=13), subependymal-intraventricular hemorrhage (n=9), parenchymal hemorrhage (n=6), mixed type bleeding (n=17). Conclusion There are some high-risk factors in children with neonatal intracranial hemorrhage. MSCT can confirm the diagnosis of neonatal intraeranial hemorrhage, which can be used for classification and prognosis evaluation. It is worthy of application.
