艾滋病抗病毒治疗疗效检验指标的研究及其应用分析

目的探讨艾滋病抗病毒治疗疗效检验指标的研究及其应用分析。方法方便选取2013年9月—2017年4月间该院治疗的艾滋病患者1 454例,所选患者出院后的治疗情况进行随访,对所选患者治疗时与治疗后疗效进行评价分析、对检验指标进行回顾性分析。结果在随访过程中该院治疗的艾滋病患者的累计治疗人数与阶段治疗人数都有明显的上升趋势,并且每一年上升的幅度都要高于前一年,每年大约多出200人治疗,治疗的艾滋病患者持续治疗一年并继续治疗后患者的比例开始有所上升,CD4检测完成率也逐渐提高,从最初的53.9%涨到83.1%,表明患者的存活情况在随访的条件下相对较好。结论未来对于艾滋病进行防治时,需要强化随访并逐渐专业化,对随访结果进行落实,对艾滋病患者体内的CD4进行检测时存在的问题要及时提出,治疗时需要伴有科学化分析,将有助于检验完成率上升。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the research and application of AIDS antiviral treatment efficacy test indicators.Methods A total of 1 454 AIDS patients were convenient treated in the hospital from September 2013 to April 2017. The selected patients were followed up after treatment. The selected patients were evaluated and analyzed after treatment and the test indicators were performed retrospective analysis. Results During the follow-up period, the cumulative number of treatments and the number of patients treated in the hospital had a significant upward trend, and the annual increase was higher than the previous year. About 200 people were treated each year. After AIDS patients continued treatment for one year and continued treatment, the proportion of patients began to increase, and the completion rate of CD4 test also increased gradually, from the initial 53.9% to 83.1%, indicating that the patient＇s survival was relatively good under follow-up conditions. Conclusion In the future, when AIDS is being treated, it is necessary to strengthen follow -up and gradually specialization. To implement the follow-up results, the problems in the detection of CD4 in AIDS patients should be promptly presented. The treatment needs to be accompanied by scientific analysis, which will help the inspection completion rate increased.
