彩色多普勒超声引导下针刀联合封闭治疗梨状肌综合征的效果

Color Doppler Ultrasound Guided Needle Knife Combined with Closure for Piriformis Syndrome

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声引导下针刀联合封闭治疗梨状肌综合征的效果。方法根据随机数字表法对方便选取2016年2月—2018年2月该院诊治90例梨状肌综合征患者分成不同组。对照组给予传统针刀联合封闭治疗,观察组则给予彩色多普勒超声引导下针刀联合封闭治疗。比较两组梨状肌综合征治疗效果;疼痛消失时间、肢体活动恢复正常时间、直腿抬高试验阴性时间;治疗前后患者生活质量评分、疼痛评分;治疗不良反应率。结果观察组梨状肌综合征治疗效果44例(97.78%)高于对照组31例(68.89%)差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.520 0,P<0.05)。观察组疼痛消失时间、肢体活动恢复正常时间、直腿抬高试验阴性时间(3.11±1.41)d、(3.13±0.24)d、(3.11±1.41)d优于对照组(4.42±2.25)d、(4.23±1.51)d、(4.42±2.25)d,差异有统计学意义(t=8.292、9.144、8.292,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组生活质量评分、疼痛评分(98.23±3.21)分、(1.12±0.12)分优于对照组(88.14±2.21)分、(3.17±0.24)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.912,6.912,P<0.05)。观察组治疗不良反应率3例(6.67%)低于对照组11例(24.44%),(χ~2=7.202 3,P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声引导下针刀联合封闭治疗梨状肌综合征的应用效果确切,可有效改善血压,加速血压达标,且无严重不良反应,安全有效,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of color Doppler ultrasound guided needle knife combined with closure on piriformis syndrome. Methods According to the random number table method, 90 patients with piriformis syndrome from February 2016 to February 2018 were convenient divided into different groups. The control group was treated with conventional needle knife combined with closed treatment, and the observation group was given color Doppler ultrasound guided needle knife combined with closed treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups of piriformis syndrome were compared; the pain disappeared time, the normal time of limb activity returned, the negative time of straight leg elevation test; the quality of life score and pain score before and after treatment; the adverse reaction rate were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of the piriformis syndrome in the observation group was 44cases （97.78%） higher than that in the control group 31cases （68.89%） （X^2=13.520 0, P〈0.05）. The disappearance time of pain in the observation group, the normal time of limb activity recovery, and the negative time of the straight leg elevation test were （3.11 ±1.41）d, （3.13±0.24）d, and （3.11±1.41）d, which were better than the control group （4.42±2.25）d, （4.23±1.51）d, （4.42±2.25）d,the different was statistically significant（t=8.292, 9.144, 8.292, P〈0.05）. After treatment, the quality of life score, pain score （98.23±3.21）points, （1.12±0.12）points were better than the control group （88.14±2.21）points, （3.17±0.24）points,the different was statistically significant（t=5.912〉 6.912, P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 3 cases（6.67%） lower than that of the control group 11 cases （24.44%）,the different was statistically significant（X^2=7.202 3, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasound guided needle knife combined with closed treatment for piriformis syndrome is effective. It can effectively improve blood pressure, accelerate blood pressure compliance, and has no serious adverse reactions, safe and effective, and is worthy of popularization and application.
