分析动态心电图用于监测变异性心绞痛临床价值

Analysis of Dynamic Value of Dynamic Electrocardiogram for Monitoring Angina Pectoris

目的分析变异性心绞痛采用动态心电图检测的临床作用。方法便利选取该院2014年2月—2018年2月所收治的变异性心绞痛患者76例,采用奇偶法分为研究组和参照组,每组各38例,参照组患者采用常规心电图检测,研究组患者采用动态心电图检测,对比2组患者T波高耸、房室传导阻滞、U波倒置、ST段抬高、室性早搏、异常Q波、R波增高与S波降低的临床检查结果。结果在该次研究当中,研究组患者T波高耸78.95%、房室传导阻滞34.21%、U波倒置52.63%、ST段抬高92.11%、室性早搏84.21%、异常Q波15.79%、R波增高13.16%与S波降低10.53%,与参照组患者T波高耸52.63%、房室传导阻滞13.16%、U波倒置28.95%、ST段抬高73.68%、室性早搏63.16%、异常Q波2.63%、R波增高0与S波降低0,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于变异性心绞痛采用动态心电图检测,临床具有重要诊断价值,早期诊断以及采取有效的诊断方式,对患者临床治疗以及病情恢复具有重要作用。但对于该种疾病还需不断探索有效的诊断与治疗方式,使患者能够早期诊断,及时治疗,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of dynamic electrocardiography in the detection of angina pectoris. Methods 76 patients with variant angina pectoris admitted to the hospital from February 2014 to February 2018 were convenient enrolled. The odd-even method was used to divide them into study group and reference group, 38 cases in each group. The reference group patients were examined by conventional electrocardiogram. The patients in the study group were implemented dynamic electrocardiogram, compared with the two groups of patients with high T wave, atrioventricular block, U wave inversion, ST segment elevation, ventricular premature beats, abnormal Q wave, R wave increase and S wave reduction. Results In this study, the T wave of the study group was 78.95%, the atrioventricular block was 34.21%, the U wave was inverted 52.63%, the ST segment was 92.11%, the ventricular premature beat was 84.21%, and the abnormal Q wave was 15.79%. The R wave increased by 13.16% and the S wave decreased by 10.53%. Compared with the reference group, the T wave was 52.63%, the atrioventricular block was 13.16%, the U wave was inverted by 28.95%, the ST segment was elevated by 73.68%, and the ventricular premature beat was 63.16%. The abnormal Q wave was 2.63%, the R wave increased by 0, and the S wave decreased by 0. The difference between the groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of dynamic electrocardiography for the detection of angina pectoris has important diagnostic value. Early diagnosis and effective diagnosis are important for clinical treatment and recovery. However, for this kind of disease, it is necessary to continuously explore effective diagnosis and treatment methods, so that patients can be diagnosed early, be treated in time, and which can promote the patient＇s early recovery.
