曲唑酮对老年痴呆睡眠障碍患者睡眠状态改善的效果观察

Observation on the Improvement Role of Trazodone for the Sleep State of Elderly Patients with Alzheimer's Disease Complicated with Sleep Disorder

目的:观察曲唑酮对老年痴呆睡眠障碍患者睡眠状态的改善作用。方法:选取2016年10月至2017年10月福建省老年医院神经内科收治的老年痴呆睡眠障碍患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者以阿普唑仑口服,观察组患者以曲唑酮口服。采用PSQI量表评估2组患者治疗前后的睡眠状态。结果:观察组患者治疗后1周及3周的睡眠改善总有效率为77. 78%及91. 11%,显著高于对照组的55. 56%及73. 33%(P <0. 05),秩和检验显示,PSQI量表评估结果也显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:曲唑酮有助于老年痴呆睡眠障碍患者的睡眠状态改善,临床应用价值较高。

Objective ： To observe the improvenlent role of trazodone for the sleep state of elderly patients with Alzhe-imer＇s disease complicated with sleep disorder. Methods： A total of 90 elderly patients with Alzheimer＇s disease compli-cated with sleep disorder in Geriatric Hospital of Fujian Province from October 2016 to October 2017 were divided into two groups according to the method of random distribution. 45 patients of control group were treated with alprazolam by oral, 45 patients of observation group were treated with trazodone by oral. And the sleep state of two groups before and after the treatment were evaluated with PSQI scale. Results： The total sleep improvement rates of observation group at 1st and 3rd week after the treatment were 77.78% and 91.11%, they were both higher than 55.56% and 73.33% of control group （P 〈 0. 05） , the rank-sum test showed, the PSQI scale evaluation results were significantly better than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The trazodone is helpful to the improvenlent of sleep state of elderly patients with Alzhe-imer＇s disease complicated with sleep disorder, and its clinical application value is higher.
