延续性护理对脑卒中患者院外生命质量和睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Continuity Nursing on Quality of Life and Sleep of Patients with Stroke

目的:观察延续性护理对脑卒中患者院外生命质量和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年2月至2018年1月三明市第一医院收治的脑卒中患者800例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分组为对照组和观察组,每组400例。对照组患者出院前常规进行出院教育,观察组患者实施延续性护理。比较2组患者的自我护理能力、生命质量和睡眠质量。结果:护理前,2组患者自我护理能力差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),护理后,观察组患者的自我护理能力评分显著高于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组患者生命质量评分均显著高于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。护理前,2组患者的睡眠质量评分差异无统计学意义,护理后观察组患者睡眠质量评分均显著低于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:对脑卒中患者实施延续性护理能够提高患者的自我护理能力,改善其生命质量和睡眠质量。

Objective： To study tim effect of continuity nursing on quality of life and sleep of patients with stroke. Methods ： From February 2017 to January 2018, 800 stroke patients in Sanming First Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 400 eases in each group. Patients in the control group were discharged routinely before discharge, and the patients in the observation group were given continuity nursing. The self-care ability, quality of life and sleep quality＂ of the two groups were compared. Results： Before nursing, there was no significant difference in self-care ability between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05） . After nursing, the self-care ability score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . The quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05） . Before nursing, there was no significant difference in sleep quality score between the two groups. After nursing, the sleep quality score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclu-sion： Continuity nursing for stroke patients can improve their self-care ability, life quality and sleep quality.
