精神分裂症患者应用康复护理对睡眠质量的提高效果分析

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Sleep Quality in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:探究将康复护理应用于精神分裂症患者护理工作中的效果,评价其对患者睡眠质量造成的影响。方法:选取2015年6月至2018年3月间厦门市仙岳医院收入的精神分裂症患者76例作为研究对象,将所有患者一般资料录入计算机后,进行随机分组,每组38例患者。对照组患者采用常规护理方案,而观察组患者则在此基础上加用康复护理,比较2组患者的睡眠质量状况。结果:实验结果显示,与护理前比较,护理后2组患者睡眠质量评分及生命质量评分均显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:综上所述,将康复护理干预应用于精神分裂症患者的护理工作中,改善患者的失眠状态,能够提升患者的生命质量具有十分积极的临床应用意义,值得推广使用。

Objective： To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing work of schizophrenic patients, and evaluate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients＇ sleep quality. Methods： A total of 76 schizophrenic patients in our hospital from June 2015 to March 2018 were selected as the study objects. All the patients＇ general data were recor-ded on the computer and divided into random groups. 38 patients were included in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing program, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with rehabilitation nursing on the basis of which, and the sleep quality of the two groups was compared. Results ： The results of the experi-ment showed that, compared with before nursing, the sleep quality score and the life quality score increased significnatly in 2 groups after nursing, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： To sum up, applying rehabilitation nursing intervention to the nursing work of schizophrenic patients, improving the insomnia state of the patients, can improve the quality of life of the patients has a very positive clinical application significance, and it is worth popularizing.
