择期手术患者术前睡眠状态及影响因素研究

Study on the Preoperative Sleep State and Influence Factors of Patients with Selective Operation

目的:研究择期手术患者术前睡眠状态及影响因素。方法:选取2017年3月至2018年3月攀枝花市中心医院收治的择期手术患者260例为研究对象,将其采用ISI量表进行评估,比较不同性别、年龄、文化程度、手术方式、合并其他基础疾病情况、职业、社会支持程度、情绪状态及希望水平者的ISI量表评估结果,并采用多因素Logistic回归分析处理上述因素与择期手术患者术前睡眠状态的关系。结果:260例患者中失眠者181例,占69. 62%,不同性别、手术方式及职业者的失眠率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),不同年龄、文化程度、合并其他基础疾病情况、社会支持程度、情绪状态及希望水平者的失眠率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、合并其他基础疾病情况、社会支持程度、情绪状态及希望水平均是择期手术患者术前失眠的影响因素。结论:择期手术患者术前睡眠状态较差,且影响因素较多,可作为患者术前干预措施的指导依据。

Objective ： To study the preoperative sleep state and ilffluence factors of patients with selective operation. Methods： 260 patients with selective operation in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the re-search subjects, and they were all evaluated with ISI scale, then the ISI scale evaluation results of patients with different gender, ages, education degree, operation methods, other basic disease, occupation, social support degree, emotion state and hope level were compared, and the relationship between those factors and preoperative sleep state of patients with selective operation were analyzed with multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results： A total of 181 eases of 262 pa- tients had insomnia, the rate was 69.08% , the insomnia rates of patients with different gender, operation methods and occupation were compared, the differences were not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, the insomnia rates of patients with different ages, education degree, other basic disease, social support degree, emotion state and hope level were com- pared （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The multivariate Logistic regression a- nalysis showed the ages, education degree, other basic disease, social support degree, emotion state and hope level were the influence factors of preoperative insomnia of patients with selective operation. Conclusion： The preoperative sleep state of patients with selective operation are worse, and there are many influence factors that affect the result, so they can be as the guidance of preoperative intervention measures.
