摘要 电力信息物理系统(PCPS)是电力系统发展的必然趋势,然而其发展驱动力评估的研究较少,为此有必要形成量化的驱动指标体系,评估发展驱动力。基于PEST分析理论,从政治、经济、社会、技术4个层面提取相应的驱动力指标,构建二级驱动因素指标体系,量化评估PCPS发展驱动力,并阐述该指标对PCPS发展的针对性调整和借鉴指导作用。通过案例分析可知,定义的驱动力指标体系可以对PCPS发展进行客观分析,具有全面性和现实性,并从市场驱动力的角度提出相应的发展促进意见,完善PCPS的发展环境。 The Power Cyber Physical System (PCPS) is an inevitable trend of power system and its development driving force evaluation is an urgent problem to study. Based on PEST analysis theory,this paper extracts the corresponding driving force index from political,economic,social and technological levels,which constructs the secondary driving force index system. This system can quantitatively evaluate the driving force of PCPS,and elaborate its targeted adjustment and reference role on the development of PCPS. Empirical study indicates that the defined driving force index system is comprehensive and realistic on the evaluation of PCPS,which can put forward corresponding suggestions on development promotion from the perspective of market driving force,and improve the development environment of PCPS.
