纳米三氧化二镧表面二次接枝改性聚氯乙烯研究

摘要 对纳米三氧化二镧(La_2O_3)表面进行二次接枝形成N~#粒子,通过XRD和TEM表征了其形貌特征。利用模型成型法制备聚氯乙烯(PVC)/N~#粒子复合材料,测定分析了浇铸体板材的冲击强度、弯曲强度、邵氏硬度等随着N~#粒子含量的变化规律。结果表明,纳米La_2O_3表面经二次接枝处理后,N~#粒子的特殊表面结构为复合材料综合性能的提高创造了有利条件。当N~#粒子质量分数为0.30%时,复合材料的冲击强度、弯曲强度和耐强碱腐蚀性比纯PVC树脂分别提高了154.74%、52.04%和13.16%;当N~#粒子质量分数为0.40%时,耐强酸腐蚀性提高了56.87%;在测量范围内,邵氏硬度随着N~#粒子含量的增加呈现逐渐上升趋势,吸湿率呈逐渐下降趋势。 The characteristics of N# particles that were formed by the secondary grafting of nano-La2 O3 surface were investiga- ted using XRD and TEM. PVC/N# particles composites were prepared using moulding method. The influences of N# particles content on the performances of the casting body- were investigated through that impact strength, bending strength and shore hardness were measured. The results show that, the special structure of N# particles has created favorable conditions for the improvement of compound materials when nano-La2 O3 surface was grafted. The increase rates of impact strength, bending strength and strong alkali resistance of 0.30% N# particles composites were 154.74%, 52.04% and 13.16%, and the strong acid resistance of PVC/0.40% N# particles system increased to 56.87%.
