新生代农民工居住问题调查研究——以西安市为例

Investigation on the Living Problems of the New Generation of Migrant Workers in Xi'an

随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国新型城镇化的质量不断提高,新生代农民工在城居住状况差的问题既是民生焦点,又影响社会和谐稳定。经过问卷调查与深度访谈,从翔实的数据入手,统计分析新生代农民工在住房分布、住房质量、住房负担等方面存在的问题,并从户籍制度的制约、不规范的低端租住市场、仍亟须提升的收入水平等方面分析存在问题的成因,最后针对性地提出加快户籍管理机制改革、规范低端租住市场、促进收入增加及强化综合作用等改善建议。

As the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era and the continuous improvement of the quality of China＇s new urbanization, the problem of poor living conditions of the new generation of migrant workers in the city is not only the focus of people＇s livelihood, but also affects social harmony and stability. Through questionnaires and in-depth interviews, this paper starts with detailed data and statistically analyzes the problems of the new generation of migrant workers in housing distribution, housing quality, housing burden, irregular low-end rental market and the restriction of household registration system. The causes of problems are still analyzed in terms of the level of income that is still in need of improvement. Finally, suggestions for improving the reform of the household registration management mechanism, regulating the low-end rental market, promoting income increase, and strengthening the comprehensive role are proposed.
