基于胜任力的校园足球教师培训需求分析

摘要 从组织、任务和人员等方面分析校园足球教师现实水平与胜任力标准之间的差距。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家调查法、数理统计法等方法对广东省校园足球特色学校教师胜任力的培训需求的研究表明:(1)校园足球教师胜任力模型由成就动机、个性特征、认知能力和培养学生4个维度构成。(2)校园足球教师胜任力水平总体较高,但仍有部分教师需提升胜任力,应在教育能力、教学能力、教练能力和专业发展等方面有针对性地进行培训。(3)校园足球教师的性别、年龄、学历、学校所在地等会影响其胜任力,部分影响差异具显著性。 Based on campus football teacher competency, fl'om the perspective of organization, person and task, the analysis of training needs is to study the differences between campus football teachers' standard and their true capacity. The paper applies methods of literature, questionnaire survey, expert interview and mathematical statistics to investigate training needs of campus football teachers fl'om special schools in Guangdong province. The results are as follows. Firstly, the competency model of four dimensions is composed of achievement motivation, personality characteristic, and cognition ability and cultivating student. Secondly, the general level of campus football teachers ' competency is higher, but some teachers still need to promote their competency and sbould specially train their competency in educafion-ability , teaching-ability, coaching-ability and professional development. Last but not least, there are some factors which affect campus football teacher' s competency such as gender, age, degree and location of school, and some influence is statistically highly significant.
