章武郡始置新考

Research on the Establishment of Zhangwu County

沧州黄骅东环渤海,原属齐燕交界之地,秦始皇时设柳县,为古黄河入海处。其地域文化特色显著,历史地理沿革脉络清晰,既有秦汉古县遗址,又有两汉郡国侯城,但章武郡始置与所在遗址存有模糊认识。在研究众多历史地理文献、分析记述矛盾症结的基础上,结合设郡的背景条件,给出了章武郡始置年代是东汉献帝建安十一年(公元206年),郡治所在为章武古县,时郡县同治,属冀州刺史部,辖文安、东平舒、束州和章武县。延续达59年,直到西晋武帝司马炎泰始元年(公元265年)复设章武国,郡治随之迁徙东平舒,结束了章武古郡国治所在黄骅的历史。

Huanghua , Cangzhou, surrounded by Bohai bay on the east, is originally located on the borders between the States of Qi and Yan. Liu County was set up here during the period of Qin Dynasty. It possesses distinctive local characteristics in historical inheritance. Relics of ancient counties in Qin Dynasty and several States in Han Dynasty and are founded in Cangzhou, but the existence of Zhangwu County in the relics remains unclear. Based on many historical geographical documents, the analysis of the contradictions in records and the background of counties, the time of the establishment of Zhangwu County was in 206A. D. , the Eastern Han Dynasty, with Wen＇an , Dongpingshu, Shuzhou and Zhangwu towns under its jurisdiction. In 265A. D. , it became Zhangwu State under the ruling of Sima Yan, the emperor of the Western Jin Dynasty, and the administration was relocated in Dongpingshu, which put an end to the history of Zhangwu County located in Huanghua.
