河北省医养结合养老模式的发展困境与对策

河北省现阶段采用的养老模式为"医养分离"的养老模式,无法满足人民群众日益增长的健康养老需求,与此同时,在"医养分离"的养老模式下,社会资源也未能得到合理有效配置。由此,"医养结合"模式逐步受到社会各界的重视,这一模式为未来建立起全面覆盖、健康优质、高效连续的医养结合的养老服务体系提供了具体思路。但就目前发展状况来看,河北省"医养结合"的养老模式受到管理机制、政策保障等方面的制约,面临着医养衔接不足、服务主体积极性不高等困境,需要政府、相关机构以及社会采取措施加以推动。

The present pension model in Hebei province is operated alone from medical care, which cannot meet the growing needs of the aged people and lead to unreasonable and inefficient allocation of social resources. The new pension model combined with medical care draws increasing attention of the public from all walks of life, providing new ways for a better and more effective pension model with wider coverage. At present, the situation of pension model combined with medical care in Hebei is not satisfactory due to factors of administrative system and policies, which results in inefficient and reluctant cooperation between medical care and elderly care. Measures need to be taken with the help from government and departments concerned to better address these issues.
