摘要
教育的协同发展是京津冀协同发展的重要组成部分。基础教育是沧州教育的重头戏,应该抢抓机遇,通过加快中小学教师专业成长实现教师队伍素质的整体提升。在新的发展背景下,要从吸收、共享、合作、发展的角度,审视教师专业成长存在的问题,通过更新观念、改进方法、搭建平台、改进机制,在促进教师专业成长方面有所作为,取得成效。
Education is an important part of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province. Basic education is at the heart of education in Cangzhou, so the realization of the overall im provement of teachers’ quality relies on the professional growth of primary and secondary school teachers. Under the new development background, the existing problems in teachers’ professional growth should be reviewed from the perspective of absorption, sharing, cooperation and development. By updating ideas, improving methods, establishing platforms and improving mechanisms, achievements can be made in promoting teachers’ professional growth.
