参芪温胆汤联合耳穴贴压治疗慢性胃炎并发失眠的有效性与安全性分析

Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Shenqi Wendan Decoction Combined with Auricular Acupoint Pressing for Chronic Gastritis Complicated with Insomnia

目的针对慢性胃炎伴随失眠患者按照参芪温胆汤连同耳穴贴压展开治疗的综合效果加以分析。方法该次研究按照对比治疗的模式展开,共计纳入病例78例,均为该院在2016年7月—2017年8月所接诊病例中随机抽选而来。于组内随机选取39例,单方面施于耳穴贴压治疗,即对照组,余下则需要辅助进行参芪温胆汤治疗,为观察组。针对两组疗效间差异情况加以分析。结果从统计可知,按照匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)对两组病例进行评估,在睡眠时间、睡眠障碍以及入睡时间等方面,观察组均存在有显著优势(P<0.05)。血氧分压,观察组为(93.23±2.01)mm Hg对照组为(92.89±1.88)mmHg(t=1.027,P=0.854);在二氧化碳分压上,观察组为(49.92±1.79)mmHg,对照组为(48.28±2.91)mmHg(t=1.849,P=0.872;而在治疗后,观察组血氧分压为(95.32±1.02)mmHg,对照组为(93.21±1.02)mmHg,(t=8.293,P=0.000);在血二氧化碳分压上,观察组为(43.82±1.02)mmHg,对照组则为(46.93±1.67)mmHg (t=10.837,P=0.000)。结论针对慢性胃炎并发失眠患者按照耳穴贴压以及参芪温胆汤相结合的方式展开治疗,可针对患者睡眠状态进行有效改善,帮助其恢复。

Objective To analyze the comprehensive effect of Shenqi Wendan Decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing in patients with chronic gastritis and insomnia. Methods The study was conducted according to the mode of com- parative treatment. A total of 78 cases were included, all of which were randomly selected from July 2016 to August 2017. 39 cases were randomly selected in the group, unilaterally applied to the auricular point pressure treatment, that＇s, the con- trol group, and the remaining need to be assisted by Shenqi Wendan Decoction, as the observation group. The differences between the two groups of efficacy were analyzed. Results According to the statistics, the two groups of patients were evalu- ated according to the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI）. There were significant advantages in the observation group in terms of sleep time, sleep disturbance and sleep time（P〈0.05）. The partial pressure of blood oxygen was （93.23±2.01）mmHg in the observation group, （92.89±1.88） mmHg in the control group,（t=l.027, P=0.854）; in the partial pressure of carbon diox- ide, the observation group was （49.92±1.79）mmHg, the control group was （48.28±2.91）mmHg,（t=1.849, P=0.872）; after treatment, the blood oxygen partial pressure of the observation group was （95.32±1.02）mmHg, and the control group was （93.21± 1.02） mmHg,（t=8.293, P=0.000）; in the blood carbon dioxide partial pressure, the observation group was （43.82 ± 1.02） mmHg, and the control group was （46.93 ± 1.67） mmHg,（t=10.837, P=0.000）. Conclusion For patients with chronic gastritis complicated with insomnia, according to the combination of auricular acupoint pressing and Shenqi Wendan Decoction, the patient＇s sleep state can be effectively improved and helped to recover.
