呼吸衰竭患者C反应蛋白和血乳酸联合检测的临床意义

摘要 目的对呼吸衰竭患者进行C反应蛋白(CRP)与血乳酸(BLA)联合测定的临床作用进行探析。方法方便选取2016年3月—2018年3月该院ICU收治的100例呼吸衰竭患者纳入研究中,根据治疗后患者生存情况分成存活组(80例)与病亡组(20例),同时选取30名健康自愿者作为对照组,均在入院后第1、4天测定并比较3组受检者的CRP及BLA水平。结果经过测定,存活组第1、4天时CRP分别为(5.14±1.20)、(3.20±1.34)mg/dL,BLA分别为(2.56±0.67)、(1.88±0.35)mmol/L,病亡组第1、4天时CRP分别为(10.03±2.10)、(9.43±1.55)mg/dL,BLA分别为(6.14±1.22)、(8.13±1.30)mmol/L,均显著高于对照组,差异有统计意义(t=3.087,4.119,6.197,11.017;t=6.186,4.309,8.119,10.027;P<0.05)。结论采取CRP和BLA联合检测能对呼吸衰竭患者的疗效和预后进行有效判断,有着重要临床意义。 Objective To analyze the clinical effects of C-reactive protein (CRP) combined with blood lactate (BLA) in pa- tients with respiratory failure. Methods Convenient select 100 patients with respiratory failure admitted to the hospital from March 2016 to Match 2018 were enrolled in the study. According to the survival of the patients after treatment, they were divided into the survival group (80 cases) and the death group (20 cases). 30 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The CRP and BLA levels of the three groups were measured and compared on the 1st and 4th day after admission. Results After the first and fourth days of the survival group, the CRP was (5.14±1.20)mg/dL and (3.20±1.34) mg/dL, respectively, and the BLA was (2.56±0.67), (1.88±0.35)mmol/L. At the first and fourth days of death, the CRP was (10.03±2.10) and (9.43±1.55) mg/dL, respectively, and the BLA was (6.14±1.22) and (8.13±1.30) retool/L, respectively, was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (t=3.087,4.119,6.197,11.017;t=6.186,4.309, 8.119,10.027 ;P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of CRP and BLA can effectively judge the efficacy and prognosis of patients with respiratory failure, which has important clinical significance.
