氢吗啡酮对中重度癌症疼痛患者镇痛疗效及生命质量影响的临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of the Effect of Hydromorphone on Analgesic Efficacy and Quality of Life in Patients with Moderate to Severe Cancer Pain

目的研究氢吗啡酮对中重度癌症疼痛患者镇痛疗效及生命质量影响的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2016年8月—2017年12月收治的90例中重度癌症疼痛患者作为该次研究的研究对象,将其依据随机原则分为对照组、观察组,分别行硫酸吗啡控释片和氢吗啡酮治疗,对比其两组镇痛效果、生活质量和不良反应发生概率。结果观察组中重度癌症疼痛患者总有效率97.78%,相比对照组更具有优势(χ~2=10.88,P<0.05)。观察组中重度癌症疼痛患者生活质量评分均高于对照组,(t=102.36、73.97、86.15、96.79,P<0.05)。观察组中重度癌症疼痛患者不良反应发生率2.22%,显著低于对照组(χ~2=7.20,P<0.05)。结论氢吗啡酮在中重度癌症疼痛患者中具有较好的镇痛效果,且不良反应发生概率较低,能够显著提升患者生命质量,值得研究。

Objective To study the clinical effect of hydromorphone on the analgesic effect and quality of life in patients with moderate to severe cancer pain. Methods 90 patients with moderate to severe cancer pain in the hospital from August 2016 to December 2017 were convenient selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observa- tion group according to the random principle. Controlled-release tablets and hydromorphone treatment compared the anal-gesic effect, quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of patients with severe cancer pain in the observation group was 97.78%, which was superior to the control group （χ^2=10.88, P〈0.05）. The quality of life scores of patients with severe cancer pain in the observation group were higher than those of the control group （t= 102.36, 73.97, 86.15, 96.79, P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in patients with severe cancer pain in the observation group was 2.22%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group （χ^2= 7.20, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hydromorphone has a good analgesic effect in patients with moderate to severe cancer pain, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of study.
