阿司匹林联合他汀类药物对脑血栓的治疗效果分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Aspirin Combined with Statins on Cerebral Thrombosis

目的探索阿司匹林联合他汀类药物对脑血栓的治疗效果。方法随机选取2017年3月—2018年3月期间该院收治的脑血栓100例患者(实施信封随机分组模式),对照组的50例患者进行复方天麻蜜环糖肽片治疗,观察组的50例患者进行阿司匹林联合他汀类药物治疗,并观察两组患者经治疗的临床疗效、Barthel评分、动脉斑块面积、颈动脉内膜-中层厚度及、NIHSS评分。结果观察组总有效率(98.00%)、Barthel评分(75.86±3.66)分高于对照组(χ~2=11.960 1,15.598 4,P<0.05),动脉斑块面积(1.01±0.21)cm2、颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(0.21±0.11)mm、NIHSS评分(11.15±1.84)分低于对照组(t=8.794 7、4.708 3、22.280 2,P<0.05)。结论对脑血栓患者实施阿司匹林联合他汀类药物治疗效果显著。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of aspirin combined with statins on cerebral thrombosis. Methods 100 patients with cerebral thrombosis in the hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 （randomized randomized grouping mode） were random selected. 50 patients in the control group were treated with compound Tianma honey ring glyeopeptide tablets. 50 patients were treated with aspirin plus statin, and the clinical efficacy, Barthel score, arterial plaque area, carotid intima-media thickness, and NIHSS scores of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate （98.00%） and Barthel score （75.86±3.66）points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （χ^2=11.960 1,t= 15.598 4,P〈0.05）, arterial plaque area （1.01±0.21） cm^2, carotid intima-media thickness （0.21±0.11）mm and NIHSS （11.15± 1.84）points were lower than those of the control group （t=8.7947, 4.708 3, 22.282 0, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of aspirin combined with statins in patients with cerebral thrombosis is significant.
