尼莫地平与依达拉奉联合运用对脑挫裂伤患者神经功能恢复、临床症状及治疗效果分析

Analysis of Neurological Recovery, Clinical Symptoms and Treatment Effects of Nimodipine Combined with Edaravone in Patients with Brain Contusion and Laceration

目的探讨脑挫裂伤患者经尼莫地平与依达拉奉联合治疗的临床疗效。方法方便选取2015年6月—2017年6月该院收治的103例脑挫裂伤患者为研究对象,行随机数字表法分联合组(n=53)与单药组(n=50),患者入院后均行基础治疗,单药组行依达拉奉注射液+生理盐水治疗,联合组在单药组的基础上行尼莫地平片治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗后联合组神经功能缺损程度评分(9.72±2.56)分低于单药组(18.64±4.37)分(t=12.727,P=0.000),联合组呕吐、意识障碍及头痛剧烈等临床症状缓解时间短于单药组(t=11.881、5.577、7.226,P=0.000、0.000、0.000),联合组临床总有效率(92.45%)高于单药组(76.00%)(χ~2=5.308,P=0.041)。结论尼莫地平与依达拉奉联合治疗脑挫裂伤的临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者神经功能缺损程度,缓解临床症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined treatment with nimodipine and edaravone in patients with brain contusion and laceration. Methods A total of 103 patients with brain contusion and laceration admitted to the hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were convenient selected and enrolled in the study. The randomized digital table was divided into a combination group （n=53） and a single drug group （n=50）. After admission, the patients underwent basic treatment. The single-agent group was treated with edaravone injection ＋ normal saline. The combined group was treated with nimodipine tablets in the single-agent group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the score of neurological deficit in the combined group （9.72±2.56）points was lower than that in the single-agent group （18.64±4.37）points （t=12.727, P=0.000）. The combination of vomiting, disturbance of consciousness and headache was short. In the single-agent group （t=11.881, 5.577, 7.226, P=0.000, 0.000, 0.000）, the total clinical effective rate （92.459o） was higher in the combined group than in the single drug group （76.00%）（χ^2=5.308, P=0.041）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of nimodipine combined with edaravone in the treatment of brain contusion and laceration is significant, which can effectively improve the degree of neurological deficit and relieve clinical symptoms.
