微创接骨板技术锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究微创接骨板技术锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。方法方便选择该院2015年2月—2017年3月期间所收治的86例四肢骨折患者作为该次研究病例,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组43例,对照组应用传统内固定手术治疗,研究组实施微创接骨板技术锁定加压钢板治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床效果。结果研究组优秀17例,优秀率为39.53%,良好13例,良好率为30.23%,效果优良率为95.35%,对照组优秀13例,优秀率为30.23%,良好11例,良好率为25.58%,效果优良率为79.07%,研究组效果优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.107 9,P=0.023 8 <0.05)。结论微创接骨板技术锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的效果显著,能够有效提高患者的临床总有效率,改善患者症状,值得临床进一步应用。 Objective To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive bone plate technique in locking compression plate for the treatment of limb fractures. Methods 86 patients with limb fractures who were admitted to the hospital from Febru- ary 2015 to March 2017 were convenient selected as the study group. According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. Using traditional internal fixation surgery, the study group implemented minimally invasive bone plate technology to lock the compression plate treatment, and compared the clinical effects of the two groups of patients. Results The study group was excellent in 17 cases, the excellent rate was 39.53%, 13 cases were good, the good rate was 30.23%, the excellent rate was 95.35%, the control group was excellent in 13 cases, the excellent rate was 30.23%, the good rate was 11 cases, the good rate was 25.58%, the excellent rate of effect was 79.07%. The excellent rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference between the groups was significant (χ^2=5.107 9, P=0.023 8〈0.05). Conclusion The minimally invasive bone plate technique has a significant effect on the treatment of limb fractures with compression plate. It carl effectively improve the clinical total efficiency of patients and improve the symptoms of patients. It is worthy of further clinical application.
