分析采用胸腺法新联合抗生素治疗急性附睾炎患者的临床疗效

Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Thymography Combined with Antibiotics in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Epididymitis

目的评价胸腺法新联合抗生素治疗急性附睾炎的效果以及安全性,为急性附睾炎临床治疗工作提供参考。方法方便选择该院2016年2月—2017年6月收治住院治疗的118例急性附睾炎患者,以随机数字表法进行分组。对照组59例急性附睾炎患者接受抗生素治疗,观察组59例急性附睾炎患者接受抗生素联合胸腺法新,对比2组急性附睾炎患者退热时间、VAS评分、精液异常率、不良反应发生率、住院时间以及治疗效果。结果 2组急性附睾炎患者住院时间、退热时间、不良反应情况方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组急性附睾炎患者组间VAS评分对比,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为98.31%、81.36%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.276 7,P=0.002 3)。观察组、对照组异常率分别为1.69%、18.64%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.276 7,P=0.002 3)。结论胸腺法新联合抗生素治疗急性附睾炎安全性高、临床效果显著,具有联合推行价值。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of thymidine combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute epididymitis, and to provide reference for the clinical trealment of acute epididymitis. Methods A total of 118 palients with acute epididymitis admitted to the hospital from February 2016 to June 2017 were convenient selected and enrolled in a random number table. In the control group, 59 patients with acute epididymitis were treated with antibiotics. In the observa- tion group, 59 patients with acute epididymitis received antibiotics combined with thymus, and the antipyretic time, VAS score, semen abnormal rate, adverse reaction rate, and incidence of acute epididymitis were compared between the two groups, as well as the hospital stay and treatment outcomes. Results There were no significant differences in hospitalization time, fever time and adverse reactions between the two groups with acute epididymitis,the difference was statistically sig- nificant （P〉0.05）. The VAS scores of the two groups of patients with acute epididymitis were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 98.31% and 81.36%, respectively,the difference was statistically significant （χ^2=9.276 7, P=0.002 3）. The abnormal rates of the observation group and the control group were 1.69% and 18.64%, respectively,the difference was statistically significant （χ^2=9.276 7, P=0.002 3）. Conclusion The combinalion of thymus and antibiotics in the trealment of acute epididymitis has high safety and clinical effect, and it has a joint promotion value.
