腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝的疗效及并发症探讨

Therapeutic Effect and Complications of Laparoscopic Inguinal Hernia Repair for Adult Inguinal Hernia

目的研究探讨腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝的疗效及并发症。方法便利选择2017年1月—2018年1月该院成人腹股沟疝患者80例进行讨论,把所有患者随机分为两组,各40例,其中对照组采用无张力疝修补术治疗,观察组采取腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术治疗,治疗后观察疗效、并发症。结果观察组采取腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术治疗后,观察组并发症的发生率为5.0%,对照组为12.5%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=6.312,P>0.05)。结论对于成人腹股沟疝的患者,采取腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术治疗,可以帮助患者减少手术时间、术中出血量等,且安全性较高,不会导致患者出现一系列的并发症,值得在今后的治疗过程中应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and complications of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia. Methods Eighty patients with adult inguinal hernia from January 2017 to January 2018 were con- venient selected and enrolled. All patients were randomized into 40 patie-lts in each group. The control group was treated with tension-free hernia repair. The observation group was treated with abdominal cavity. Microscopic inguinal hernia re- pair, treatment and the efficacy and complications were observed. Results After laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair, the in- cidence of complications was 5.0% in the observation group and 12.5% in the control group. There was no significant dif- ference between the two groups （X2=6.312, P〉0.05）. Conclusion For patients with inguinal hernia, laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair can help patients reduce the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, etc., and the safety is high, will not lead to a series of complications, it is worth application in the future treatment process.
