眼外伤后继发性青光眼的病因分析、临床表现及治疗研究

Etiology Analysis, Clinical Manifestations and Treatment of Secondary Glaucoma after Ocular Trauma

目的探讨眼外伤后继发性青光眼的临床病因、临床病症表现极其治疗成效。方法通过方便选自2016年1—12月期间在该院进行治疗的眼外伤继发性青光眼患者80例作为该次研究对象,按照随机抽号的方式将患者分为两组,对照组和观察组(n=40)。对两组患者施以不同的治疗方法,对照组患者施以药物治疗,观察组患者使用手术治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗成效。结果使用不同治疗方法之后,对照组与观察组患者治疗有效率分别为62.50%和90.00%,观察组患者治疗成效明显高于对照组患者,两组差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.918,P<0.05)。结论通过对眼外伤继发性青光眼患者施以手术治疗,能够明显提升患者的治疗成效,且能够很大限度的帮助患者恢复视力,提高了患者的整体生活质量,具有临床推广意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical etiology and clinical manifestations of secondmT glaucoma after ocular trauma. Methods Eighty patients with secondatT glaucoma who underwent ocular trauma in the hospital from January to December 2016 were convenient selected and enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups according to random sampling, the control group and observation group （n=40）. Different treatment methods were applied to the two groups of patients. The patients in the control group were treated with drugs, and the patients in the observation group were treated with surgery. The clinical treatment results of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment with different treatment methods, the effective rate of treatment in the control group and the observation group was 62.50% and 90.00%, respectively. The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups （χ^2=4.918, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Surgical treatment of patients with secondary glaucoma with ocular trauma can significantly improve the patient＇s treatment effectiveness, and can greatly help patients to restore vision and improve the overall quality of life of patients, which has clinical significance.
