天麻钩藤饮加减联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction Combined with Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的探析天麻钩藤饮加减联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压的临床效果。方法 2016年12月—2017年12月,方便选取在该院接受治疗的80例高血压患者为研究对象,运用计算机随机抽取方式将患者分为对照组以及观察组各40例,对照组运用硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组应用天麻钩藤饮加减联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗,对比两组患者治疗有效率、血压变化情况以及器官病变情况。结果观察组治疗有效38例,对照组治疗有效32例,观察组治疗有效率95.00%显著高于对照组80.00%(χ~2=4.114,P=0.043),观察组患者收缩压(112.89±5.21)mmHg、舒张压(72.79±5.23)mmHg、脉压(32.98±3.15)mmHg显著低于对照组(139.86±7.56)mmHg、(83.56±6.32)mmHg、(49.26±4.56)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(t=18.578、8.303、18.578,P=0.000、0.000、0.000,P<0.05)。结论高血压采用天麻钩藤饮加减联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗,与传统药物治疗比较,可稳定患者各项生命指标,更好的维持血压,降低药物使用后的不良反应,值得在临床范围内进行相应的推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with nifedipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of hypertension. Methods From December 2016 to December 2017, 80 patients with hypertension who were treated in the hospital were convenient selected as subjects. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by 40 patients. The control group was treated with nifedipine. Diping sustained- release tablets treatment, the observation group was treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets, and the treatment efficiency, blood pressure changes and organ lesions were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, 38 cases were effective and 32 cases were effective in the control group. The effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.00% （χ^2=4.114, P=0.043）. The systolic blood pressure （112.89±5.21） mmHg of the observation group. The diastolic blood pressure （72.79 ±5.23） mmHg and pulse pressure （32.98 ±3.15） mmHg were significantly lower than the control group （139.86±7.56） mmHg, （83.56±6.32） mmHg, （49.26±4.56） mmHg, the difference was statistically significant（t=18.578, 8.303, 18.578, P=0.000, 0.000, 0.000 〈0.05）. Conclusion Hypertension is treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets. Compared with traditional drug therapy, it can stabilize patients＂ life indexes, better maintain blood pressure and reduce adverse reactions after drug use. It is worthy of clinical promotion accordingly within the scope.
