摘要 大麻素系统广泛分布于中枢神经系统,在某些神经病理生理过程中起到调控作用,比如疼痛、食欲、运动功能、学习认知等。大量的试验证明,大麻素系统在脑缺血过程中的兴奋性氨基酸毒性、氧化应激、炎症级联反应及神经元凋亡等方面起到关键的调节作用,该文综述了近年来国内外关于大麻素系统在脑缺血损伤中的研究进展,旨在为进一步的科学研究以及临床新药的开发提供参考。 The cannabinoid system is widely distributed in the central nervous system and plays a regulatory role in certain neuropathological processes, such as pain, appetite, motor function, and learning cognition. A large number of experiments have proved that the cannabinoid system plays a key role in the regulation of excitatory amino acid toxicity, oxidative stress, inflammatory cascade and neuronal apoptosis during cerebral ischemia. The research progress of cannabinoid system in cerebral ischemic injury is intended to provide reference for further scientific research and development of new clinical drugs.
