水凝胶敷料联合负压引流技术对老年创伤患者术后伤口愈合及生活质量的影响

Effect of Hydrogel Dressing Combined with Negative Pressure Drainage on Postoperative Wound Healing and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Trauma

目的为了提高老年创伤患者术后伤口愈合速度并改善其生活质量,分析和探讨采用水凝胶敷料联合负压引流技术治疗的价值。方法根据随机原则相关要求从2017年5月—2018年5月来该院治疗的老年创伤术后患者中随机选取120例作为研究对象并通过抛硬币的方法将其平均分为对照组(单纯接受水凝胶敷料治疗)和观察组(接受水凝胶敷料联合负压引流技术治疗)各60例,比较不同治疗方案对患者伤口愈合以及生活质量的影响。结果研究数据显示,观察组患者术后伤口愈合时间以及换药次数分别为(9.63±3.11)d、(1.92±1.40)次,而对照组患者术后伤口愈合时间以及换药次数分别为(17.96±3.37)d、(14.44±3.78)次,观察组术后伤口愈合情况更占优势且组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=9.13、13.86,P<0.05);和对照组相比,观察组患者的生活质量各维度评分以及健康总评分明显占优势且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年创伤术后患者采用水凝胶敷料联合负压引流技术治疗,有助于提高伤口愈合速度,减少换药次数,改善患者生活质量,效果可靠,值得应用。

Objective To improve the wound healing rate and improve the quality of life of elderly patients with trauma, and to analyze and discuss the value of hydrogel dressing combined with negative pressure drainage. Methods According to the requirements of the random principle, 120 patients who underwent surgery in the hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were random selected as subjects and divided into control groups by coin tossing. 60 cases of gel dressing treatment and observation group （received with hydrogel dressing combined with negative pressure drainage technology）, respectively, compared the effects of different treatment options on wound healing and quality of life. Results The data of the study showed that the time of wound healing and the number of dressing changes in the observation group were （9.63±3.11） d and （1.92±1.40） times, respectively. The wound healing time and the number of dressing changes in the control group were （17.96±3.37）d, （14.44±3.78）times times, the wound healing in the observation group was more dominant and the statistical difference between the groups was more significant （t=9.13, 13.86, P〈0.05）, compared with the control group, the quality of life scores and the total health scores of the observation group were significantly dominant and the statistical differences between the groups were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of postoperative trauma patients with hydrogel dressing com- bined with negative pressure drainage technology can improve the wound healing speed, reduce the number of dressing changes, improve the quality of life of patients, and the effect is reliable and worthy of application.
