慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者血清脂联素的检测及相关性研究

摘要 目的该研究旨在观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者血清脂联素、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素10、8-异前列腺素F2α水平,探讨患者血清脂联素与慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的关系。方法方便选择2016年1—7月于连云港市第二人民医院就诊的AECOPD患者、COPD稳定期患者及肺功能正常者各65例,检测身高、体重、血压、空腹血糖与甘油三酯,并采用ELISA法检测血清脂联素、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素10、8-异前列腺素F2α水平。结果(1)各组身高、体重、血压、空腹血糖与甘油三酯差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)AECOPD组的血清脂联素(8.24±0.88)mg/L与正常对照组(6.29±0.85)mg/L相比较显著升高,差异有统计学意义(t=12.85,P=0.000);AECOPD组C反应蛋白(8.32±2.01)mg/L与正常对照组(0.54±0.32)mg/L相比较升高,差异有统计学意义(t=30.82,P=0.01);AECOPD组8-异前列腺素F2α(11.86±2.92)pg/mL与正常对照组(6.53±1.32)pg/mL相比升高,差异有统计学意义(t=13.41,P=0.01);AECOPD组白细胞介素10表达(41.41±7.90)ng/L与正常对照组(54.51±10.91)ng/L相比较显著下降,差异有统计学意义(t=7.84,P=0.01)。(3)AECOPD中脂联素与白细胞介素10呈负相关关系;脂联素与C反应蛋白、8-异前列腺素F2α呈正相关。结论相关性研究说明血清脂联素可能参与AECOPD炎症和氧化应激的发生。 Objective To investigate the serum levels of adiponectin, C-reactive protein, interleukin-10 and 8-isoprostane F2α in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD), and to explore serum adiponectin and the relationship between acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods From January to July 2016, 65 patients with AECOPD, stable COPD and normal lung function were convenient enrolled in the Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang City. The height, weight, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose and triglyceride were detected. Serum adiponectin, C-reactive protein, interleukin-10, 8-isoprostane F2α levels were measured by ELISA. Results 1.There was no significant difference in height, weight, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose and triglyceride between the groups (P〉0.05). 2.Serum adiponectin (8.24±0.88)mg/L in the AECOPD group was significantly increased compared with the normal control group (6.29±0.85)rag/L, and the difference was statistically significant (t=12.85, P=0.01). The ACOPD group C-reactive protein (8.32±2.01)mg/L was higher than the normal control group (0.54±0.32)mg/L, the difference was statistically significant (t=30.82, P=0.01); AECOPD group 8-isoprostane F2α (11.86±2.92)pg/mL was higher than the normal control group (6.53±1.32)pg/mL, the difference was statistically significant (t=13.41, P=0.000); AECOPD group expression of interleukin-10 (41.41±7.90)ng/L was significantly decreased compared with the normal control group (54.51±10.91)ng/L, and the difference was statistically significant (t=7.84, P=0.01). 3.There was a negative correlation between adiponectin and interleukin-10 in 3AECOPD; adiponectin was positively correlated with C-reactive protein and 8-isoprostane F2α. Conclusion Correlation studies suggest that serum adiponeetin may be involved in AECOPD inflammation and oxidative stress.
