生物多糖冲洗胶治疗对结直肠手术切口感染的临床疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的生物多糖冲洗胶治疗对结直肠手术切口感染的临床疗效分析。方法方便选取该院2017年9月—2018年3月收治的90例结直肠癌手术切口感染患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组使用生物多糖冲洗胶冲洗切口,并拭净切口;对照组使用生理盐水和乳酸依沙吖啶进行切口冲洗,并拭净切口,观察并比较两组的感染情况(细菌培养情况)以及切口的愈合状况。结果 2组感染率分别为11.1%、31.1%,观察组明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.324,P<0.05);2组感染菌群均主要为大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌;术后,观察组C反应蛋白、白细胞计数均明显低于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(t=2.082、2.703,P<0.05)。结论采用术泰舒冲洗液可有效改善,治疗对结直肠手术切口感染,提高患者术后切口愈合程度,降低切口感染。使用生物多糖冲洗胶结直肠手术切口,可以有效降低切口感染率,且不良反应较小,患者的治疗满意度提高,值得临床的广泛应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of bio-polysaccharide rinsing gel in the treatment of colorectal wound infection; Methods 90 patients with eoloreetal cancer surgical wound infection admitted to the hospital from September 2017 to March 2018 were convenient selected, and randomly divided into two groups. 45 patients in the observation group and the control group respectively. The observation group used biological polysaeeharide washing gel to wash the incision and wipe the incision. The control group was washed with physiological saline and ethaeridine lactate, and the incision was cleaned. The two groups were observed and compared. Infection status (bacterial culture condition) and the healing condition of the incision; Results the infection rate of the two groups was 11.1% and 31.1%, respectively. The observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (X^2=7.324, P〈0.05). The two groups of infection were mainly Eseheriehia eoli and Staphylococcus aureus; after operation, the C-reactive protein and white blood cell counts in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (t=2.082, 2.703, P〈0.05). Conclusion The use of Shutaishu irrigating solution can effectively improve the treatment of infection of eoloreetal incision, improve the degree of postoperative incision healing and reduce wound infection. The use of bio-polysaeeharide to wash the incision of the rectal surgery can effectively reduce the infection rate of the incision, and the adverse reactions are small, and the patient's treatment satisfaction is improved, which is worthy of clinical application.
