会阴切开和无保护会阴分娩法的对比

Comparison of Perineal Incision and Unprotected Perineal Delivery

目的对比会阴切开与无保护会阴分娩法在产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法以随机法将方便选取该院2016年1月—2018年1月期间接收且经阴道分娩的91例产妇分为两组:45例选用会阴切开分娩法者对照组,46例选用无保护会阴分娩法者为研究组,对比2组会阴分娩效果。结果选用不同分娩法后,研究组会阴裂伤程度改善情况,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组第二产程时长(34.50±5.68)min、新生儿Apgar评分(8.75±2.50)分,与对照组(36.65±6.68)min、(8.46±2.68)分相比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.254、0.241,P=0.062、0.051),而研究组产后2 h出血量(232.52±26.54)mL,比对照组(268.54±20.48)mL更低,差异有统计学意义(t=16.354,P=0.002)。结论产妇在进行经阴道分娩时,选用无保护会阴分娩法可在减少会阴裂伤程度的同时,缩减产后2 h出血量,效果确切。

Objective To compare the effect of perineal incision and unprotected perineal delivery in maternal delivery. Methods A total of 91 women who received vaginal delivery during the period from January 2016 to January 2018 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups： 45 patients who underwent perineal incision and 46 patients who received unprotected perineal delivery. The legal person was the research group, and the effect of the two groups of perineal delivery was compared. Results After different delivery methods, the improvement of perineal laceration in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The second stage of labor （34.50±5.68） min and neonatal Apgar score （8.75±2.50）points in the study group. There was no significant difference compared with the control group （36.65 ±6.68） min and （8.46±2.68） points, the difference was significant difference （t=0.254,0.241, P=0.062,0.051）. The bleeding volume of the study group at 2h postpartum （232.52±26.54）mL was lower than that of the control group （268.54±20.48） mL, the difference was statistically（t=16.354, P=0.002）. Conclusion Maternal women were given unprotected perineal delivery during vaginal delivery. The method can reduce the amount of bleeding after 2 hours of postpartum while reducing the degree of perineal laceration, and the effect is exact.
