腹腔镜微创手术与传统开腹手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的效果比较

Comparison of Laparoscopic Minimally Invasive Surgery and Traditional Open Surgery for Benign Ovarian Tumors

目的探析腹腔镜微创手术与传统开腹手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的临床效果。方法随机选取该院在2013年1月—2017年12月期间收治的80例卵巢良性肿瘤患者,随机分为腹腔镜组(观察组)40例和传统开腹组(对照组)40例,比较两组手术情况。结果观察组手术时间(49.28±5.07)min、术后住院时间(3.88±2.94)d、肛门排气时间(13.26±2.07)h、术中出血量(65.33±10.05)mL均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.019、4.581、5.322、6.527,P<0.05);观察组术后3个月的FSH水平(21.69±1.88)U/L、LH(18.04±1.26)U/L、E2(59.82±3.14)mmol/L与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.729、5.621、4.013,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜微创手术比传统开腹手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤效果更显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery and traditional open surgery for benign ovarian tumors. Methods Eighty patients with benign ovarian tumors admitted to the hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 were randomly divided into laparoscopic group （observation group） 40 cases and traditional open group （control group） 40 cases, the surgery condition of two groups were compred. Results The operation time （49.28± 5.07） rain, postoperative hospital stay （3.88±2.94） d, anal exhaust time （13.26±2.07） h, intraoperative blood loss （65.33± 10.05）mL were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group. The difference was significant （t= 4.019, 4.581, 5.322, 6.527, P〈0.05）; FSH level （21.69±1.88）U/L, LH （18.04±1.26）U/L, E2 in the observation group at 3 months after operation （59.82±3.14） mmol/L was significantly different from the control group （t=4.729, 5.621, 4.013, P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery is more effective than traditional open surgery in the treatment of benign ovarian tumors. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
