红霉素联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法对支原体肺炎患儿免疫功能、心肌酶谱及治疗效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析红霉素联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法对支原体肺炎患儿免疫功能、心肌酶普及治疗效果的影响。方法方便选取2016月1月—2017年4月间在该院收治的102例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组均分为51例,治疗组采取红霉素联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法,对照组采取红霉素治疗,观察两组患者经治疗后的不良反应发生率、免疫功能指标情况以及临床效果。结果治疗组临床有效率96.07%明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.28,P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率9.80%明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.83,P<0.05);治疗组治疗后Ig A(0.72±0.66)、IgM (1.52±0.41)、IgG (7.35±3.55)g/L明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.24、4.37、5.89,P<0.05)。结论红霉素联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法对支原体肺炎患儿可有效改善免疫功能指标以及降低总不良反应发生率,获得临床效果显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To analyze the effect of erythromycin combined with azithromycin sequential therapy on the immune function and the effect of myocardial enzymes in children with mycoplasmal pneumonia. Methods A total of 102 children with mycoplasmal pneumonia admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were convenient selected randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group was divided into 51 cases. The treatment group was treated with erythromycin combined with azithromycin sequential therapy, the control group was treated with erythromycin, and the incidence of adverse reactions, immune function indicators and clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results The clinical effective rate of the treatment group 96.07%was statsitically significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (X^2=4.28, P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 9.80% significantly lower than that of the control group (X^2=6.83, P〈0.05). IgA (0.72±0.66), IgM (1.52±0.41), and IgG (7.35±3.55) g/L were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group, and the difference was statsitically significant (t=4.24, 4.37, 5.89, P〈0.05). Conclusion Erythromycin combined with azithromycin sequential therapy can effectively improve the immune function index and reduce the incidence of total adverse reactions in children with mycoplasmal pneumonia. The clinical results are significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
