非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症的疗效及不良反应观察

Efficacy and adverse reactions of febuxostat in the treatment of gout complicated with hyperuricemia

目的观察非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症的临床疗效和不良反应。方法 113例痛风伴高尿酸血症患者按随机数字表法分为观察组57例和对照组56例,对照组给予别嘌醇治疗,观察组给予非布司他治疗,比较治疗前后两组患者的血尿酸水平、肝肾功能及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1个月后,两组患者血尿酸水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗1个月后,两组患者的肌酐、尿素氮、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);观察组的不良反应发生率(8. 77%)低于对照组(32. 14%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症,有利于降低患者血尿酸水平且能减少不良反应。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of febuxostat in the treatment of gout complicated with hyperuricemia. Methods 113 patients of gout complicated with hyperuricemia were randomly divided into an experimental group（ n = 57） and a control group（ n = 56）. The control group was treated with allopurinol while the experimental with febuxostat. The blood uric acid levels,liver and kidney function and adverse reactions of both groups as observed both before treatment and after treatment were then compared. Results One month after treatment,the blood uric acid level as observed in both groups was lower than that before treatment wherein the level in discussion of the experimental group was lower than that of the control. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. One month after treatment,no significant difference was found between the two groups in the levels of creatinine,urea nitrogen,alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase（ P〈0. 05）. The rate of incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 8. 77%,which was lower than that（ 32. 14%） of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Febuxostat as a therapy for the treatment of gout complicated with hyperuricemia can effectively lower blood uric acid levels and reduce adverse reactions.
