摘要
目的观察内科护理管理中优质护理管理模式的实施效果评价。方法随机选取该院内科2016年3月—2018年4月收治的108例患者为该次研究对象,在征得患者家属以及患者本人同意的情况下将所有患者随机分为实验组(54例)与对照组(54例),对照组2016年3月—2017年3月给予常规护理管理,实验组2017年3月—2018年3月给予优质护理管理。结果实验组住院患者对临床护理满意度为94.1%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者出院患者对临床护理满意度为90.0%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内科收治的患者给予优质护理管理可有效提高患者对临床护理满意度。
Objective To observe the implementation effect of excellent nursing management model in the nursing management in the department of internal medicine. Methods 116 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2018 were selected, and randomly divided into two groups with 58 cases in each with the consent of the patient's family and the patient himself, the control group used the routine nursing management from March 2016 to March 2017, while the experimental group used the excellent nursing management from March 2017 to March 2018. Results The satisfactory degree of patients in the experimental group was 94.1%, which was higher than that in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P〈0.05), and the clinical nursing satisfactory degree of discharged patients in the experimental group was 90.0%, which was higher than that in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The excellent nursing management in patients in the department of internal medicine can effectively improve the satisfactory degree of patients to the clinical nursing.
