摘要 正常人脑内能够产生阿片类物质,并且存在阿片类物质的受体,参与调节人的正常生理心理功能,此过程受到大脑精密的调控。该文探讨在某些人格倾向,如冲动性和新颖探求等特质的影响下过度使用外源性阿片类物质,导致失调控和代偿性适应而成瘾,进而加重冲动性以致复吸率居高不下的综合心理干预思考。 The normal brain can produce the opioids, with a receptor for opioids, which can participate in the adjustment of normal physical and mental functions of human, regulated precisely by the brains. The paper studies some personality trends, such as the excessive usage of exogenous opioids affected by the impulsivity and novelty exploration, leading to the maladjustment and compensatory adaptation thus aggravating the impulsiveness to make the relapse rate at a high level.
